I am the founder and president of Shephard Health and have been providing Chiropractic care since 1992. I am a member of the Elite Provider Network for Active Release Techniques (ART) soft tissue therapy. I was the first to bring Active Release Techniques therapy to Western Canada in 1997. In 1998, I achieved my instructor status for ART and have been teaching since. In addition to providing Active Release Techniques therapy at my clinic, I also have been able to utilize my skills in other treatment modalities such as laser therapy, Shockwave Therapy, Spinal Decompression, Graston Technique, Myopulse/ Acuscope Therapy, Kinesio Taping, Custom Orthotics, Massage Therapy, Nutrition Therapy, Chirothin weightless management and Chiropractic.
