Your appointment time is reserved for you. When an appointment is missed without notice, that time cannot be offered to another patient who needs it.
Please give us at least one full business day’s notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We are open Monday to Friday, so a Monday appointment should be cancelled by the end of the day on Friday.

Please note: missed appointment and late cancellation fees cannot be billed to your insurance plan, to WCB, or to a motor vehicle accident claim. These fees are payable by you.
We understand that illness and genuine emergencies happen, and we would always rather you stayed home than came in unwell. If something unavoidable comes up, please call us and we will do our best to work with you.
We keep a payment method on file to cover any fees under this policy and to make your checkout faster. Your card is stored securely by our payment provider. We do not write down or keep your card number in your patient file. See our privacy policy for more on how we handle your information.
